Group Visits
The Art Gallery of Nova Scotia is a great place to bring your organized group. You’ll learn, create, explore, and be inspired through art. Please fill out the Group Visit Inquiry Form below and we will get back to you between 2-3 business days. In order to receive the group admission rate, your group must book prior to your visit.

Starting December 2, 2024, some of the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia’s gallery spaces will be unavailable to the public for required maintenance. These spaces will look to reopen in the early spring.
Groups are still welcome to book visits for the Scotiabank Maud Lewis Gallery, the Nova Scotia Art Bank and Léopold L. Foulem exhibitions, Mike MacDonald’s Touched by the Tears of a Butterfly, as well as Marman & Borins: Three Dimensions.
All organized groups receive:

An orientation to the Gallery

Space to store coats, bags and lunches

Special group rate for organized groups of eight (8) or more

Special admission for groups of eight or more from an organization

$5 per youth (age 6-17), adult supervisors for youth groups (ratio of 1 adult to 5 youth) are free, $9 per adult (18+). Payment is required as a group.

Additional $30 for a guided group tour (subject to availability).
Good to know
Please note that children 12 years and under will need adult supervision through their entire visit. The Art Gallery of Nova Scotia does not have a dedicated parking lot. Meter parking and accessible parking is available in the surrounding area. There is no food or drink allowed in the Galleries. Private lunch spaces are not available for group bookings.
