A self-taught artist\, she has over 20 years of experience honing her craft\, and the act of “making” has always been an integral part of her life. Linnet’s art practice aims to foster community by creating connections.

DESCRIPTION:Take in the colourful and whimsical characters in the exhibition Mitchell Wiebe: VampSites\, then come make your mark in the studio. Led by artist Sherry Lynn Jollymore\, we’ll be playing with neon lights\, glow in the dark paint markers\, and creating neon art together! \n\n\n\nWork independently\, or with your small group\, this program is great for children ages 5+ with an adult. Drop-in\, included with the price of admission. \n\n\n\nAbout the program: \n\n\n\nMake Day is a studio program for emerging artists of all ages! Designed as an intergenerational art workshop\, these sessions lead participants in a short art lesson that introduces an art technique or process\, resulting in a fun art piece you can take home. A great way to get connected\, inspired\, and creative with friends or family. Each month’s activity is inspired by works in an exhibition currently on view.
